Refund policy
Epoch Products:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. And unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return Shipping: In the event the buyer’s Battery needs to be returned to Epoch Batteries for any reason, it must be shipped in a lithium-ion UN-approved shipping box. If the buyer did not save the original packaging, Epoch Batteries will need to send the buyer packaging to return the Battery. The cost of this service for Batteries weighing up to 79 lbs will be $25 plus the actual shipping charges to the destination. For batteries weighing more than 79 lbs, the buyer will need to contact us for a box and shipping quote.
The cost of shipping and packaging to send the Battery to Epoch Batteries for warranty evaluation shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any Battery deemed defective in material or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced and returned to the buyer at the expense of Epoch Batteries.
Epoch Batteries recommends buyers fully insure any return shipment in case of loss or damage in transit. The buyer shall use a carrier that can provide the buyer with tracking numbers and proof of delivery. If the buyer needs assistance with shipping a Battery to Epoch Batteries for warranty evaluation, Epoch Batteries may require a deposit of $300 to cover the cost of return shipping and diagnosis.
Any shipment that arrives damaged or without an RMA will be refused or held at the warehouse until the buyer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim.

Sterling Power & Victron Energy Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer must pay return shipping costs for all returns unless the return is a result of our error in shipping. In the event the error was ours, we will of course cover all shipping costs and there will be no additional fees.
Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided the product is unused and in the original packaging. Returns without original packaging and accessories will not be accepted. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is not in "as new" condition.
Electrical components that have been opened but have not been installed may be subject to an additional 5-10% fee for testing. Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable.

Lumitec Products:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: Some return orders will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
