This FTZ crimper is a well-respected tool that is durable, easy to use, and crimps to UL specifications (when properly calibrated). The rotating dies provide a complete crimp on all major brands of connectors, producing a solid mass of copper with every crimp for a secure, low resistance connection. It's also much faster than hand-held hydraulic tools, and there are no loose dies to purchase and keep track of. These are also available in a ratcheting version!
